Website Terms of Use

Last updated 21 July 2026 · Governed by Singapore law.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of lawspark.life operated by LawSpark Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202451273M). By accessing this website you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. About LawSpark

LawSpark is a Singapore law practice providing commercial legal advisory services — contract review, corporate matters, employment law guidance, compliance briefings and retainer counsel. We are not a marketing agency, AI product company, income course provider, coffee brand or wellness coach.

3. Meaning of Spark

Spark refers to the clarity moment in advisory work when a commercial problem becomes a structured next step. It does not refer to BrewSpark coffee, fireworks products, dating applications, cannabis slang or lifestyle coaching. The .life domain is branding only.

4. No legal advice on website

Content on this website is general information. It does not create a solicitor-client relationship and is not legal advice. Formal advice requires a conflict check, your instructions and a written engagement letter.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee case results, recovery amounts, negotiation outcomes, dispute-free business or specific commercial performance. Illustrative matters on the site are anonymised and not promises of future results.

6. Lawful use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content for competing unlawful purposes, or submit false information through forms. We work only on lawful instructions.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, design and branding are owned by LawSpark Pte. Ltd. or licensors. You may view and print pages for personal reference. Reproduction for commercial redistribution requires written permission.

8. Third-party links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

9. Fees and engagements

Fee references on the website are indicative estimates in SGD subject to scope. Binding fees appear only in engagement letters after conflict checks.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, LawSpark Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction subject to applicable rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The Last updated date will change accordingly. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms where permitted.

13. Contact

LawSpark Pte. Ltd., 17 Mohamed Sultan Road, #02-04, Singapore 238969 · [email protected] · +65 6285 4728

14. Professional standards

Our solicitors and counsel adhere to professional conduct rules applicable in Singapore. Complaints about legal services may be directed to [email protected] in the first instance. We maintain professional indemnity insurance appropriate to our practice. Website content is reviewed periodically but may not reflect the latest regulatory change until updated.

15. Template and SaaS clarification

Where we provide document templates or checklists, they support counsel work under engagement — they are not a substitute for legal advice and do not constitute a standalone software licence replacing professional services. LawSpark is not a DIY template SaaS marketed as a replacement for counsel, nor an AI-income course, nor a coffee or lifestyle brand despite the .life domain name.

16. Dispute resolution for website terms

Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by written notice before commencing proceedings solely regarding website terms (distinct from client matter disputes governed by engagement letters). Notices should be sent to [email protected] with sufficient detail to identify the concern.

17. Availability and maintenance

We aim to keep lawspark.life available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, hosting events or force majeure may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability except where liability cannot be excluded by Singapore law.

18. User submissions

Information submitted through forms must be accurate and lawful. You must not upload malware, infringe third-party rights, or use forms to transmit unsolicited commercial messages. We may discard abusive or automated submissions, including those triggering honeypot fields. PDPA consent is required for enquiry processing as stated on the contact form.

19. Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement regarding website content. Nothing here affects warranties that cannot be excluded for consumer transactions where applicable.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify LawSpark Pte. Ltd. against claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or submission of unlawful content, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct where such limitation is permitted.

21. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and supersede prior website terms unless we expressly state otherwise.

22. No waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. Waivers must be in writing signed by an authorised representative of LawSpark Pte. Ltd.

23. Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights under these Terms in connection with a reorganisation or sale of the practice, subject to applicable law and client confidentiality obligations. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

24. Interpretation

Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means including without limitation. References to Singapore law include amendments and re-enactments. Spark, LawSpark and related branding refer to our legal practice as described in these Terms — not to unrelated products such as BrewSpark coffee, fireworks, dating apps or wellness coaching programmes. These Terms were last reviewed on 21 July 2026.
